Select the occasion you are
interested in from the menu bar located on the left hand side of the
screen (e.g. "For Baby"). This will open a page with a description
of the category and various links to the types of hampers available
in the category eg:
(1) "view all hampers"- all hampers available in the category
for you to choose from
(2) "baby girl hampers"- baby girl hampers available for
you to choose from
(3) Click on these sub categories for photos to appear.
STEP 2
Pictures of the various products
will then appear on the right of screen along with the price and details
of the product. If you wish to have a better look at the product click
on the picture or the "more details" button. This will enlarge
the item. If you wish to to return to the previous page, click the
"back to previous" button or click the "BACK"
button at the top left of your browser window.
STEP 3
Click "Add to cart"
for each item you wish to purchase. If you wish to now buy a product
from another category simply click on the link in the far left menu
bar and repeat the process (from step1).
STEP 4
Once you are finished selecting
products, you may choose to confirm your cart's contents by clicking
on "view shopping cart" on the navigation bar. This feature
allows you to make final modifications to your choices. Once you are
completely satisfied click on "Proceed to Check out" located
at the bottom, far right of the screen.
STEP 5
This will then prompt a page
for you to enter all your details. It is necessary for you to fill
in all the information that is marked with a green arrow. Remember
to include the "deliver to" information if you want the
items delivered to someone else.
You will be prompted to enter your credit card details (secure).
Enter your message exactly as you would like it to appear on the complimentary
gift card. Please ensure you complete all the requested details in
this form including any special delivery instructions or comments.
STEP 6
Click on "Continue"
located at the bottom of the screen. You will be asked to confirm
your order details by clicking the "Secure transaction submit"
button. If you wish to change your details or purchase another hamper
then you can do so by clicking the "Back to Order Details"
button.
STEP 7
An invoice will then appear
on the screen. Print the invoice as a receipt for the transaction
(this facilitates verification). You have now successfully purchased
on-line. If there are any problems Gift Sensations will contact you.
Ordering more than one hamper?
If you wish to order more than
one hamper you can only do so if the delivery address is the same
for all the hampers eg Corporate hampers being delivered to the one
address. Otherwise it is necessary to process each hamper order individually.
