How can I place an order with Gift Sensations?
You can order online by browsing our numerous categories (Shop By Price, Range or Occasion by hovering over the labels on the green ribbon above) to find the gift basket you're looking for. Once you've found the perfect gift, click 'Add to Cart' and place your order with our easy-to-use Single Step Checkout.
If you'd rather place your order by telephone, you can do that too! Our telephone number is 1300 88 50 88, and we're open to take your calls from 9AM to 5PM Sydney time, Monday to Friday. You can also send us an email, at sales@giftsensations.com.au, or contact us via this form.
I'm thinking of placing a large order for a business, can you take my order?
We certainly can! Whether you want five hampers or 500, we will accommodate your requests and work with you every step of the way to make sure you're 100% satisfied with what you're getting (or giving, we should say!). When will my gift be delivered?
If you order your gift before 2:00PM Sydney time, we can process your order and despatch your gift on the same afternoon (may not be applicable for larger orders, call us to enquire). It will be delivered to your recipient during the standard timeframe for the destination (see Delivery Information). You can also specify a postponed delivery date on the product page, we will ensure it gets delivered on that date if possible.
What if the recipient isn't home at time of delivery?
The courier will leave a calling card in the mailbox or at the front door, explaining to the recipient that they have received a parcel and need to arrange for alternative delivery.
What if my gift hamper gets lost or damaged in transit?
While we take as much care as possible during production to secure the contents of the hamper, once it leaves our premises, it is up to the courier to ensure your gift gets there. Unfortunately, couriers are human too and on rare occasions mistakes may happen that result in loss or damage to your gift. All of our packages are tracked, so if we find out that loss or damage has occurred, we'll notify you and send a new hamper at no charge, or give you a full refund.
Can you send hampers overseas?
Due to customs and border security ripping apart our hampers to make sure they're safe to send overseas, the presentation suffers quite a lot. Some countries also have regulations that make it hard for us to send hampers containing wine. So, for the moment, we limit delivery of our hampers just to Australia. If you call us, we might be able to put you through to some overseas hamper companies that send great gifts.
I'm from overseas and want to send a hamper to Australia, can I use your site?
Absolutely! We accept orders from all over the world, as long as you're using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit card.
My gift doesn't look exactly like the one in the picture. Why is this?
Sometimes, due to seasonal manufacturing or importing, we may not have access to some of the products used in our gourmet food and wine hampers. So, we reserve the right to substitute products in your hamper with other, similar products which are always of equal or greater value. We only want your recipient to be completely satisfied!
