If the recipient is not available to sign for the parcel, in most circumstances a calling card will be left by the courier and it will be the responsibility of the recipient to arrange alternate delivery. It is possible to specify in the checkout for the gift to be left at the recipient's front door, but for security reasons, we do not recommend this and will not be held responsible for loss or damage.

Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be delivered to persons over the age of 18 years.

Below is a 'Gift Delivery Calculator' - simply input your recipient's postal code to receive an estimated time frame of when to expect your gift to be delivered. Please note that you will need to place your order before 2:00PM Sydney/Melbourne Time to guarantee delivery within this timeframe.

International Deliveries

Sorry, our online ordering system currently only accepts Australian delivery addresses. This is due to potential problems with customs, increased expense of delivery or a long wait for the gift to arrive - we only want to make sure your gift giving experience is perfect! As such, we do not usually deliver gift hampers outside of Australia, but we do offer special options for bulk order customers who require a select few international deliveries amongst an order with primarily Australian delivery addresses.
